The name itself is 3d printed using PLA filament. 
 
The name size varies depending on the length: Letters are typically 1.5 inches tall and depending on length can be a max of 12inches. We would assume that most names will be between 8 and 12 inches. 
 
Please let us know if you have a specific font you would like from Da Font.com and we will try to accommodate. 
 
Each name is 3d printed with PLA filament. Due to the unique nature of how the tray is made there maybe slight imperfections but these imperfections will not interfere with the purpose or quality of the product you are receiving.
